The Masskara Festival 2012 Schedule of Activities


"Life is Good in Bacolod" is the theme of the Masskara Festival 2012. Tourists from all over the country and even elsewhere around the globe are expected to troop to Bacolod City, the City of Smiles, to celebrate this almost a month-long festival. Masskara festival... it's definitely more fun in the Philippines. Having this colorful parade showcases the creativity of Filipinos and promotes cultural traditions.
