Leaning Tower of Pisa
When our shp docked in Livorno, Italy, I told myself that I really must go to Pisa, which is just a train ride away. So, as soon as the ship docked in the port of Livorno, I found my way out of the pier, met some tourists who were also looking for a bus station or something where they would wait for a ride to the train station. I told them that I was looking for the same as well so we all walked together, trying to ask for directions from friendly locals who were eager to tell us but only in Italian. We finally stopped a nice Italian man driving a car for directions. He didn't give us directions. Instead, he let us hopped inside his car and he told us he would drive us all the way to the train station since his flat was on the way. That was really friendly of him.
