Behind The Scenes of CIVITAS, a photoBIOgraphy
last Friday, October 7, 2011, my students and I launched their project on Community Health. Dubbed as CIVITAS: a photobiography, the intention of the gallery is to not only apply through photo-art all the lessons and exposures they had during the entire semester but also to bring to the other students and teachers the realities of society and community, highlighting the social determinants of health. The gallery is still on going throughout the exam week in front of the CAS lobby.
