Leaving for Bohol

I will be leaving for Bohol next week, for another training this time sponsored by the Zuellig Foundation. The training is modular, with three modules. The first module is scheduled this June 16-20. The training is entitled Health Leadership and Management program. It was designed specifically to help supervisors, administrators and health managers become better equipped as health leaders. I will be travelling to Bohol via Cebu by bus. Accommodations are covered by the Zuellig Foundation. I was told that of the many applicants, only 30 were allowed per batch. Prior to attending this training, I was sent a questionnaire to answer and a survey form to reproduce. I needed 3 people to answer the survey, sort of an evaluation about me. I asked my DOH representative Mrs. Eleanor Manzano, fellow doctor Dra. Annabelle Guardiario and Mdiwife-NTP coordinator Mrs. Raelyn Siervo, to answer the evaluation form.

I am happy that Mayor Cicero Borromeo, Mayor of Candoni, allowed me to attend this 5-day training seminar in Dauis, Bohol. I am not sure what to expect but I feel that I can learn alot from this opportunity. The learning process never stops and for as long as their are opportunities, I am ready to grab them.

So, I will be on a vacation/learning experience for the next 5 days. I won't be back until Saturday next week. By the following week, I will be greeting the new Public health manager to be assigned in my area.
