Hi! You write well for a DTTB. :-) I mean, sino bang DTTB ang interested sa blogging and writing. A rarity, I guess. You give us glimpses of the DTTB experience like no other. :-) Thanks for your time. Kayo ang mga totoong bayani. Sad that this blog is on temporary vacation.
Anyway, I'm really interested to apply to the DTTB program.

But to be pragmatic, ask ko lang po magkano po net salary ninyo. DOH listed it as grade 24 (24K +++) but yung total actual net? You can reach at two_infinite_loops@fastmail.fm. Hoping for your reply. Tnx.

hello mel. Glad to hear that you are interested to join the DTTB. Yes, it is true that we are salary grade 24 and it is not really enough to compensate the work that a DTTB does (which you will find out soon) but usually, a DTTB would receive other benefits such as honorarium, RATA, food alowance. Some DTTBs I know who are single can save up to 150,000 pesos for the first year of their DTTB work. Good luck and hope you will apply.
